This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, disclose, and secure information when you visit our marketing website, use our SaaS platforms, or complete dynamic digital forms.

To provide our form building services, we collect information from form builders (admins) and form submitters (staff). This includes:

• Account Information: Name, work email, and billing records when subscribing to paid tiers.
• Form Submissions: Structured fields, checklists, signatures, and location coordinates submitted by field inspectors.
• Technical Analytics: Anonymised IP hashes, browser type, and navigation logs to track rate limits and prevent abuse.

3. Data Security & Storage

All data submitted through FastForms is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols and encrypted at rest using AES-256 keys. We host database operations inside ISO 27001 certified physical centres. We do not sell or lease user submissions to third-party advertisers. Data is stored solely to execute reporting functions and export actions requested by our subscribers.

4. Cookies & Trackers

We use functional cookies to issue secure double-submit CSRF tokens and manage active session states. We do not deploy invasive marketing trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so will disable mutating operations like contact forms and newsletter submissions.
